About us

Seed of Hope is a Community Interest Company providing recovery based social and therapeutic gardening. We work in partnership with Bridgwater & Taunton College, using its stunning Walled Gardens of Cannington  as a base. Participants are supported to achieve a Level one qualification in horticulture.

Using the gardening expertise and facilities of the college, and the mental health recovery experience, of Kris Scotting & Jayne Alcock  we aim to use the benefits of elements of gardening:

  • Hope
  • Exercise
  • Being outdoors
  • Team work
  • Working with nature
  • Seasonal Produce

To support people in their personal recovery journey.
